Areas of delivery

No matter what the destination is, your order will reach even the most remote world corner as we offer worldwide shipping. However, not all countries would be eligible for free international shipping, please write to us in advance and check if we can ship to your country for free, if not you will be liable to handle all additional customs and duty charges.

Handling and shipping
Once you are ready to buy, and settle with successful payment confirmation, we process the order within 48 hours and ship it to you. We require a valid telephone number for the delivery services to contact you prior deliveries. All foreign sales are performed with full insurance.

NudeGem delivers free shipment except few countries. And all orders  will be eligible for international economy post, which could take 2-3 weeks to reach you.  We will keep you updated on the tracking details upon successful dispatches. Kindly feel free to reach your local postal service to track the shipment with the respective logistics later, or write to us to check the approximate delivery interval anytime.

We handle your orders 6 days a week but Sunday. If the item is not available at the moment, you will be informed. In this case it may take up to three weeks to complete the order.

Just bear in mind that one should be at least 18 years old to sign for the gift received. In case the purchase is a gift and the recipient is the third person, all the responsibility concerning the fulfillment of the sales contact liabilities passes to the grantee.

Exchange and Returns
We are positive that you are going to love your purchase at NudeGem, as we take pride in our quality and hope to keep our customers satisfied. Should you wish to return or exchange your order, you are required to email us to ensure that the return/exchange requested complies with the Exchange and Returns policy. Please do not ship back to us without prior notice in order to avoid any customs hassle and extra charges. Upon our confirmation, you can return or exchange within 15 days on condition that all the documents accompanying the original parcel (i.e. certificates, gift boxes) be kept and submitted in the due order, and the purchased product is in perfectly new condition, unused and unworn. Kindly do note that any handling charges are subject to individual cases based on the area of delivery. Please check with us in advance regarding the logistic details.

NudeGem reserves the right to charge restocking fee inclusive of outbound shipping fees and payment system commission charged from us. We will issue refund to you for the full amount of your purchase, less any original shipping and handling charges previously applied. Clients are liable to bear the inbound return shipment charges, duty and taxes as well. 

It is possible that you return to us with full 100% refund and no charges at all. We are always open to discuss each particular case with you and see how we can leave you content.
