1. Warm up near the wall 1 minute
2. Squats with pauses and side steps (7 squats, pause 5 seconds, 16 squats in side steps, 4 simple squats and 13 jumping squats)
3. Squatting in a pair 30 seconds
4. Mountain climbers (25 climbs)
5. Plank to downward dog and hip dips (10 dips)
6. Leg up in the side plank (6 ups on each side)
